　　Iron was deposited on Yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ)thick films,between 150 μm and 300 μm,by plasma.The YSZ tapes were produced by aqueous tape casting,warm pressing and sintering at 1600℃.The tapes were exposed to a 90-10 Ar-H2 in a low scale plasma reactor and sputtered with iron particles generated by an abnormal glow discharge,generated by a low current-pulsed DC voltage source.
