Objective To study the state of histone trimethylated H3K27 and histone demethylase JMJD3 inacute leukemic cell.We further investigate the role of JMJD3 inthe development of acute leukemic cell in vitro and observed the cell cell growth and apoptosis in HL-60 cell line and discussed the possibility of JMJD3 gene as the leukemia gene target therapy.
