通过对比分析,研究了发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)对快烘防爆铁沟浇注料防爆裂性能及强度的影响。结果表明:传统铁沟浇注料接触到500℃或800℃温度的瞬间即发生粉碎性炸裂,而添加3a%质量分数的偶氮二甲酰胺即可使浇注料在同样试验条件下保存完好;快速烘烤后浇注料的常温强度低于普通养护后的强度;在满足抗爆裂性的前提下,随发泡剂含量的增加,浇注料内部产生大量裂纹,使试样强度降低。
Through comparative analysis, the effect of foaming agent azodicarbonamide (AC) on the explosion-proof performance and strength of fast-baking explosion-proof trenches was studied. The results show that the crushing burst occurs when the traditional trenches are exposed to the temperature of 500 ℃ or 800 ℃, and the addition of 3wt% azodicarbonamide can make the casting material well preserved under the same experimental conditions. After baking, the strength of castable at room temperature is lower than that of ordinary curing. Under the premise of meeting the burst resistance, with the increase of foaming agent content, a large amount of cracks are produced in the castable to reduce the strength of the sample.
