Rosai Dorfman disease is a rare, idiopathic, benign and self-limiting histiocytic proliferative disorder.Various treatments have been applied for this disease.Surgical resection is the best choice for the local lesion, usually with long-term remission of disease.A 26-year-old man presented with a single massive cutaneous nodule, up to 30 cm in diameter on the left shoulder and back for fifteen months without systemic symptoms.
