基于变量喷雾系统的在线混药技术

  为了节约农药,保护环境,根据作物的生长需求进行变量施药具有很重要的意义.本篇论文设计了应用于手拉式3WY-A3型喷雾机实时混药的变量施药系统.本变量施药系统主要包括混药装置,差压式流量计,流量控制阀,控制硬件和软件,等等.我们进行了混药实验,实验结果表明农药流量范围在0.1 mL/s到0.9 mL/s范围之间;误差范围小于土5%.

基于CFD技术建立了温室无人自助风送式喷雾机风流场速度分布模拟,根据设计的温室自助风送弥雾系统确定了模拟的边界条件和相关参数,从而得到了约束条件下的温室自助风送式喷雾机风送系统的速度场分布特性。模拟结果表明,温室无人自动风送式弥雾系统气流速度场的分布特性由x向速度和y向速度共同决定。与风扇中心不同距离的垂直截面上(x截面),气流速度随着与风扇距离的增大而减小,分布曲线的形状呈"冠状形"。通过此结论
