in order to investigate velocity distribution of air-flowing field of automatic air-assisted sprayer in greenhouse, a simulating model for air-assisted sprayer was developed based on CFD technology.The two-D boundary and the model variables were defined to corresponds the tested sprayer.The graphs of velocity distribution on different conditions was showed.Simulated test showed, both of factors which were X-velocity and Y-velocity combined to determine velocity distribution of air-flowing field for the tested sprayer.To different vertical sections of fan center, airflowing velocity decreased with increase of fan distance and the shape of distribution curves showed cornoral.Results further explained that spraying work mechanism of the sprayer, which some droplets were blowed inner crown by relatively X-velocity located at below ray angle of 45°, others were blowed faraway crown by Y-velocity located at upward ray angle of 45°.
