本文提出了一种简便的船舶余热动力回收系统变工况特性的计算方法,它是利用系统在设计工况时的工作参数来计算当系统偏离设计工况工作时,系统的工作参数和性能参数的变化规律,而不涉及到系统各部件的具体结构尺寸,使其与常规的变工况特性计算方法相比,计算大大地简化。通过假设余热回收系统在变工况时按变蒸发压力方式运行,对一实际余热回收系统的变工况特性进行了模拟计算和分析。结果表明计算精度合理,方法是可行的。
In this paper, a simple method to calculate the variation of the working conditions of a ship’s residual heat power recovery system is proposed. It calculates the working parameters and performance parameters of the system when the system deviates from the designed working conditions by using the working parameters of the system when designing the working conditions. But does not involve the specific structure and size of each component of the system, so that the calculation is greatly simplified compared with the conventional method for calculating the variation of the working conditions. Through the assumption that the waste heat recovery system operates under variable evaporation pressure during variable working conditions, the characteristics of a practical waste heat recovery system are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the calculation accuracy is reasonable and the method is feasible.
