Performance and First Fixation Distribution of Identifying Architectural Images in the Process of Ar

　　The architectural works of Sanaa and Wang Shu were selected as the research object and the architectural photographs of them was experimental material.College students were participants required to complete the experimental task which was to determine whether the architectural photographs were rotated or not.This paper concerned the impact of architectural style and presenting condition,the former reflected in the architectural photographs of the two architects and the latter referred to upright and rotation.The results of performance and eye-movement were got out in the method of importing the necessary data sampled by TOBII X120 eye tracker and processed by Tobii StudioTM into IBM SPSS Statistics 22.The experiment confirmed that architectural styles had highly significant influence on the accuracy and response time,whereas presenting conditions had not significant influence on performance of the experimental tasks.Architectural styles effected significantly on first fixation distribution in the horizontal direction and presenting conditions did signally on that in the vertical direction.We inferred that the significant difference of the horizontal dispersion extent of first fixation between the two architects works would be caused by the visual clues,which in two-dimensional visual style,as Sanna,was less than which in three-dimensional visual style,as Wang Shu.
