The occurrence of periodic orbits out of stationary solutions through Hopf bifurcation is one of the most basic mechanism in bifurcation theory.Here.a pair of complex eigenvalues is assumed to exit and to cross the imaginary axis transversally. The analytical description of Hopf bifurcation requires smoothness of the problem because of using properties of the tinearized equations. For that reason such an approach fails for non-smooth problems. On the other hand, there are situations of practical interest such as the model of a brake system provided by K.Popp [1, 2,3]..
