自Bender,M. A用染色体畸变作为生物剂量计的研究以来,许多实验室应用染色体畸变分析技术,进行生物计量测定,它是物理剂量测定的良好补充。随着核工业的发展以及X线在工、农、医方面的应用日益增多而受到重视,为确保从事有关工作人员的健康,并使之用于实践,各实验室有必要建立自己的刻度曲线。本实验室继1982和1983年相继报道中子、γ射线照射诱发染色体畸变与剂量效应的刻度曲线以来,现把低剂量X射线照射离体人血诱发淋巴细胞染色体畸变的剂量—效应关系研究报道如下:
Since Bender, M.A used chromosomal aberrations as a biological dosimeter, many laboratories have applied chromosomal aberration analysis techniques for biometrics, which is a good complement to physical dosimetry. With the development of the nuclear industry and the increasing application of X-ray in the fields of industry, agriculture and medicine, attention has been paid to ensuring the health of the staff involved and putting it into practice. It is necessary for laboratories to set up their own scale curve . Since 1982 and 1983, we reported on the gradual curve of chromosome aberration and dose effect induced by neutron and γ-ray irradiation in our laboratory. The dose-response relationship of lymphocyte chromosome aberration induced by low dose X-ray irradiation in vitro is reported as follows:
