Balanced and rational nutrition of children-is one of the important constituent of nation health.The department of meat,fat and oil technology of National university of food technology had resolved.The purpose of this work is to create of technology of children nutrition from meat with vegetable biologically active substances and increase of assortment of public catering for children and teenagers in school.In our research we had determined the influence of vegetable additives on the taste,physic,chemical,structural,technological and microbiologicalparameters of new half-finished products.
