不同营养液浓度和液层深度对蒜黄生长和产量的影响

  采取水培的方式栽培蒜黄,不但可以解决土壤连作问题,还能减少换土及劳动力等生产成本,提高产量.本文在筛选出蒜黄水培营养液配方的基础上,研究了基于猪场沼液的平衡营养液稀释10~40倍四种不同的营养液浓度及2cm、4cm、6cm和8cm四种液层深度对蒜黄生长和产量的影响.结果表明:基于猪沼液的平衡营养液稀释30倍的蒜黄产量和根系活力均显著高于其他浓度处理,株高高于其他浓度处理1.31%-9.17%,但未达到显著水平.随着液层深度的增加,蒜黄植株株高和产量均随之增加,其中2cm处理蒜黄产量为1.29kg低于对照,而4cm和8cm处理蒜黄产量均高于对照.但4cm处理收获指数最高.所以综合考虑,4cm液层深度在提高产量的同时,又可以有效减少营养液的用量并提高收获指数,是适应蒜黄生产的营养液层深度.
