　　Psoriasis is a kind of chronic,autoimmune disease affecting approximately 2%of the population.As an active immunosuppressive component extracted from Thunder god vine and contained in tripterygium wilfordii Hook F(TWHF),triptolide(TP)is effective to treat psoriasis and other autoimmune diseases.However,owing to its severe toxicity,the clinical use of TP was reluctantly limited.
