　　Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignant cancers worldwide and the third leading cause of cancer death.[1] Gold nanocages(AuNCs)hold much promise in the field of drug delivery due to their special hollow structure,excellent photo-thermal conversion efficiency and easy surface functionalized modification.[2] A54 peptide(sequence AGKGTPSLETTP),is effective and specific to the human hepatoma carcinoma cell line BEL-7402 via cell surface marker-mediated endocytosis.
