　　Maternal obesity significantly increases the susceptibility of offspring to develop obesity and chronic diseases in adulthood while the offspring of obese mothers are shown to prefer high fat diet (HFD) due to their altered neural circuitry, thus a "feed forward circle" among generations is formed.We hypothesized that a "feed forward circle" caused by multigenerational HFD feeding would have exacerbated effects to the offspring in the liver and adipose tissue.
