Recently, inorganic-organic hybrid perovskites, such as CH3NH3PbX3 have been verified as solar cell applications with high energy conversion efficent 15～19％.However, its toxic, unstable to moisture, low open voltage (less than 1.5V) and non-ferroelectric properties stricitly limited its practical applications.
