碱的氯化物抑制还原氮氧化物在实践中应用

煅烧水泥熟料依靠热力活化、机械活化和化学活化的有机结合,才能实现大幅度的节能减排.现实的预分解窑主要靠热力活化缓慢加热物料,导至贝利特钝化,形成阿利特时能耗增加.然而,化学活化需添加矿化剂,导致矿化剂在窑尾循环富集堵塞、结皮.结果,企业往往是通过增大窑型或加大火力强度来应对,造成NOx排放成倍增长,带来的环境问题尤为突出.为此,采用生活垃圾或电石渣中的氯离子为化学活化与热力活化结合起来,通过降低系统反应温度来实现温度梯度→∞;即低温急剧煅烧熟料,而且还利用碱的氯化物抑制还原氮氧化物,能够有效实现降低90%NOx排放.
