Nonspherical polymer particles are attracting more and more attentions due to their special optical and dynamic property, and such particles could find potential applications in the fields of optical materials, biomaterials, drug delivery system, etc [1].So far, many sophisticated methods have been developed to fabricate nonspherieal polymer particles, such as temolate method, droplet microfluidics, seeded polymerization, and stretching of spherical particles [2, 3].
