Aromatic diynes and primary diols were successfully polymerized using a phosphazene base (t-Bu-P4 base) as organocatalyst and anti-Markovnikovproducts P1-P6bearing β–alkoxyenoate moieties in the main chain with high molecular weights (Mwup to 40 600) and fraction E-isomers (up to 69％) were readily produced in high yields (up to 99%).
