　　Objective To find a potential biomarker for predicting prostate cancer (PCa) risk with high sensitivity and specificity.Methord Methylated sites were epigenotyped in cancer tissues and normal adjacent tissues of 66 pair patient samples, compared with the DNA methylation level between PCa tissues and normal adjacent tissues of PCa patients using the Illumina Methylation Analyzer (IMA) package in R language and AUC-ROC analysis.
