Purpose:The study aims to understand the influence of organizational culture and Staff cultivation on quality and efficiency of running long-term care facilities.Method:The study design is using a structured questionnaire to gather data.The questionnaire is self-reported by all full-time employment staff in six long-term care facilities in Cardinal Tien Hospital system.
