Purpose:In Japan,Comprehensive Community Support Centers (CCSCs) were established in April,2006 by means of reform of the Public Long-term Care Insurance.CCSCs aim to provide four kinds of services,of which 1) general social work services including case work,reach-out,networking of social resources,etc.and 2) protection of elders human rights are expected to be the major functions of Certified Social Workers (CSWs).
