在竞争日趋全球化和技术创新频率加快的背景下,单个企业限于自身能力往往难以实现技术快速地开发和产业化,因此组建虚拟企业(Virtual Enterprise,VE)将是企业培育其持续核心竞争优势的必然途径。VE的组建和运营是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及知识管理、资金流管理、物流管理、成本和风险管理以及成员企业集成平台的构建等多方面,需要多种技术手段和管理方法的支撑。其中,成本和风险管理机制是关键环节,是制定其它管理机制的基础。
