常被提到的商业模式有B2B模式、B2C模式、电子市场模式、“鼠标加水泥”模式、社区模式等等,但这些说法都不是严格意义上的商业模式。它们只是企业获得收入的方式或是采取的组织架构形式,是商业模式的一部分。由于互联网的出现在很大程度上改变了企业联系顾客的方式、定价方式和对交易过程的体验,人们的眼光都集中在企业所能向顾客提供的新价值、新渠道组合和新收入模式等方面。
Commonly mentioned business model B2B mode, B2C mode, the electronic market model, “mouse and cement” model, community model, etc., but these statements are not strictly business model. They are just the way in which an organization earns revenue or the organizational structure it takes and is part of a business model. Since the advent of the Internet has largely changed the way companies connect with customers, their pricing practices and their experiences with the transaction process, people are focused on the new value that businesses can offer their customers, new channel combinations and new revenue models aspect.
