By means of LEIS situation analysis,this paper analyzes legal environment,economic environment,industrial environment and service quality environment of the express industry in China,found that Chinas express industry operating environment significantly improved and optimized between 2008 and 2016,laid the foundation for its rapid development.Research shows that the industry with rapid growth also faces a series of severe challenges.For example,the market concentration drops rapidly,the major brand competition gets increasingly fierce,the average prices of the industry prominently declines,profits plummet.Meanwhile,professional qualification disequilibrium differences expand in different regions,industrial development index tend to be differentiated,and the development scale index and the price index of express industry show a reverse change.
