通过考虑主用户占用子信道概率的情况，建立了认知系统的多区域模型，提出了适应于主用户存在与否两种不同情况下的干扰避免策略。在满足认知用户约束的条件下，基于最大化认知系统传输速率的目标，提出了各子信道集合的功率以及不同集合内功率分配的联合优化方法，且复杂度较低。
认知无线电中一种有效的联合功率分配策略
