Near Infrared Spectra of three-organic-solvent mixtures were collected to investigate their derivative spectra including integral and fractional order Savitzky-Golay derivative ones,and models built between concentrations of the solvents and the derivative spectra.Derivative can improve resolution of the spectrum,but also reduce signal-to-noise.Therefore a balance between the two aspects is needed to achieve optimization of PLS model.
