国有企业是支撑中国经济的主要力量。经过35年的改革开放,我们打破了计划经济的旧体制,使社会主义市场经济从无到有发展起来,有效激发了各类市场主体活力,提高了资源配置效率;充分调动了亿万人民的积极性、主动性、创造性,极大解放和发展了社会生产力,从一个贫困落后和封闭半封闭的国家发展成为如今的世界第二大经济体,国家面貌发生历史性变化。事实证明,改革开放是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的必由之路。正是因为,今天中国的改革开放进入到一个新的历史节点,在取得社会生产力发展的巨大成就同时,我国也形成了多元化的利益主体、多层次的社会结构。因此,改革开放是党在新的时代条件下带领全国各族人民进行的新的伟大革命。
State-owned enterprises are the main force supporting the Chinese economy. After 35 years of reform and opening up, we have broken the old system of planned economy and made the socialist market economy develop from scratch, effectively stimulating the vitality of various market players and increasing the efficiency of resource allocation. We have fully mobilized hundreds of millions of people Enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the two countries. It has greatly liberated and developed social productive forces and has evolved from a poor, backward, closed and semi-closed state to the second largest economy in the world today. The state of the country has undergone a historic change. Facts have proved that reform and opening up are the only way to adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.
