　　Objective:Researching the GRACE risk score about chest stuffiness patients of different syndromes in emergency and improving the level of identification about the criticality of chest stuffiness patients.Methods:67 chest stuffiness patients from 2011.3 to 9 in emergency were divided to four groups according to syndrome differentiation.That is group of qi stagnation blood stasis,stagnation of phlegm-dampness,deficiency of YIN-blood and deficiency of YANG QI.Counting and researching the data of the case of patients about GRACE risk score.
