　　Inorganic dominated silica/PI hybrid film has been developed successfully for the fabrication of flexible AM-OLED.The new developed highly inorganic silica containing Polyimide(PI)-hybrid exhibited very low coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE<30ppm/℃) with high transmittance under visible light.Excellent flexibility as well as high Yangs modulus were also found in the new hybrid substrate.
