Objective: To prepare fenofibrate nanoliposome (FNB-Nanolipo) and investigate its characterizations, oral pharmacokinetic profiles as well as its inhibition effects on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in mice.Methods: FNB-Nanolipo was prepared using a dry-film dispersing method.Its characterizations (particle size, encapsulation efficacy, in vitro release profiles, etc.) were evaluated.Also,its pharmacokinetic (PK) profiles after a single dose by gavage in mice, including area under curve (AUC)and main PK parameters were studied and compared with those of fenofibrate crude drug (FNB).
