In this work, MoS2microspheres was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction in high pressure reactor,using thioacetamide(CH3CSNH2)as S-source and reducing agent, ammonium heptamolybdate ((NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O) as Mo-source.The influence of different reaction conditions, such as the mole ratio of Mo to S, PH value on the morphology, crystalline degree and purity of the resultants were investigated.Besides, thedispersing effects and modified mechanisms of surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)on morphology and size were studied as well.X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectrum (XPS) techniques were used to characterize reactants.
