PC钢绞线拉伸试验性能不合原因分析

为了分析PC钢绞线拉伸性能不合原因,采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜和电子探针配合波谱仪对断裂试样进行了断口观察、纵截面裂纹和组织分析、横截面碳元素面分析.分析结果表明:造成PC钢绞线拉伸试验性能不合原因是试样心部存在网状渗碳体,在拉拔过程中形成人字形裂口,裂口不断扩展,造成钢绞线未达到额定的最大力即发生提前断裂.
