　　The present study is to study the dynamic characteristics of norepinephrine(NE)release in hypothalamus followed by electrical stimulation in locus coeruleus in the rat model of stress-induced hypertension(SIH)and explore the role of central N-type calcium channel in the pathogenesis of SIH.
