Background: Cell penetrating peptides(CPPs)is a small molecule polypeptide with a cell membrane penetrating ability that can be used as a carrier for efficient delivery of a variety of biologically active substances,including proteins,peptides,nucleic acids,lipids and small molecules,etc.
