双层多通道神经导管的制备

  目的:人工神经导管应用于周围神经损伤修复已经成为当前生物材料与组织工程学科主要研究方向之一。当前已研究的人工神经导管多是中空的管道,这就使得其在神经修复时难以给雪旺细胞的生长提供支持,从而不利于长距离神经导管的修复。因此,本实验基于相分离法通过模具制备出具有多通道的内层导管结构,并结合静电纺丝提高其力学性能,制备出双层多通道的神经导管支架。
