To investigate adipose-derived stem cell (ADSCs) homing and antitumor in radioaction-induced thymic injury in C57BL/6 mice.The ADSCs of C57BL/6 mice for 2 weeks were isolated and cultured ex vitro.ADSCs at passage 3 were observed expression of CD34,CD45 and CD133 by FACs.The pathological analysis of the thymus in three groups mice by HE.pGcnesil-1-EGFP were transfected into ADSCs at passage 3 (ADSCs-EGFP).Mice C57BL/6 for 3-5 weeks were randomly divided into control, radiation and radiation + ADSCs-EGFP groups.
