　　To investigate the effect of adpose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) on expression of cyclin-D1,c-myc,γ-H2AX and p53 proteins during repair of thymus injury induced by radiation and provide a theoretical basis for study on the role of ADSCs in onset and progress of tumor.The ADSCs of C57BL/6 mice for 2 weeks were isolated and cultured ex vitro.pGenesil-1-EGFP were transfected into ADSCs (ADSCs-EGFP).
