The Effect of ferroelectric switchable polarization has been a topic of rich physics as well as practical applications through interfacing with various functional materials including conventional metals,semiconductors and nanostructures such as graphene-plasmonic metal nanohybrids.In this work,highly epitaxial c-axis oriented ferroelectric Pb0.92La0.08Zr0.52Ti0.48O3 thin films were fabricated using pulsed laser deposition,on which significantly improved dielectric constant and loss tangent were obatined as comparing with their polycrystalline counterparts primarily due to the improved mobility of domain walls.
