In order to study the antioxidant activities of different polarity extracts from fruits of Prunus mume,ethanol extraction of Prunus mume fruits was partioned between chloroform/water,ethyl acetate/water,n-butanol/water successively,and four different polarity(chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol,water)components were produced.
