　　Charge transfer (CT) states or charge transfer complexes (CTCs) have been shown to have critical influences on the operations of different organic optoelectronic devices including organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs), organic field effect transistors and organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices. In this talk, relationship between CT state and exciplex emission in OLED will be discussed. Advantages of using exciplex emission in high performance OLED based on thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) will be highlighted[1-2].
