目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎合并脊柱骨折脱位的临床特点及手术治疗要点.方法：自2010年2月至2010年1 1月,我科共收治6例强直性脊柱炎合并脊柱骨折脱位患者,其中男性5例,女性1例；年龄38-76岁(平均48.6岁).下颈椎骨折脱位3例(2例C5-6及1例C6-7),胸腰段骨折脱位3例(T10-11,T11-12,T12-L1各1例),6例患者中除1例术前神经功能为FrankelE,其余5例均有不同

目的：探讨比较手术方式治疗腰骶椎结核适应症.方法：对贵州省人民医院自2006年6月到2008年5月,18例腰骶椎结核的患者行不同手术方法治疗：A组(2例)单纯病灶清除术；B组(2例)病灶清除并植骨融合术；C组(6例)后路病灶清除植骨融合+后路内固定术；D组(8例)前路或后路内固定+前路病灶清除植骨融合术.其中男性7例,女性11例；年龄38～ 74岁.病程4～33月.5例有神经根性症状.Franke
