The current employment situation for university students is becoming increasingly severe.As a newly-built major in universities, the employment for graduates majoring in the social sports specialty has not formed into a relatively mature employment market yet However, the requirements for social sports specialty talents are on the increase.Therefore, how to cultivate the qualified social sports specialty talents has become more and more significant.This paper has analyzed the development situation of the social sports industry and explores on the existing problems in the cultivations of the current social sports talents.In addition, it has put forward the path analysis for the cultivation of the social sports specialty talents.
