The modern traffic problems have been the focus point of the society.as the rapid increase of the motor vehicle quantifies in the large, middle and small cities in our country, a great amount of difficulties have been brought to the traffic.The traffic problems include the static traffic problems and the dynamic traffic problems.In the old times, the traffic management departments have paid most of their attention to the dynamic traffic problems and ignored the static traffic problems, not to mention their analysis and explorations on the static traffic problems.This paper makes analysis of the existing problems of the static traffic and puts forward the strategic research on the solutions to the static traffic problems.
