目的 探讨影响晚期肺癌患者有序完成化疗的影响因素,为临床护理提供对策.方法 对140例确诊肺癌患者进行随访,分析患者中断化疗的影响因素.结果 共计有25名患者中断化疗,占17.86％,随着年龄的增加,中断化疗的例数增多,最主要原因是胃肠道毒性反应,占40％.
