核能结构材料中,氢及其同位素不断的累积,从而引发材料微观结构的改变、材料力学性能下降。对此,本研究采用纯Ni在高温下充氢来模拟反应堆材料在高温中氢的累积效应,并且通过正电子湮没寿命谱和多普勒谱来研究材料在高温充氢后围观结构的演变过程。正电子湮没寿命结果表明,随着充氢压力的增大,正电子平均寿命逐渐增加,而且长寿命成分逐渐增加,出现了两个或者三个空位的空位团。正电子湮没多普勒谱的S参数和正电子湮没寿命谱测量的结果一致,随着充氢压力的增大,S参数逐渐增加,表明在高温充氢下,随着充氢压力的增大,材料围观缺陷逐渐增多。
