以酚醛树脂材料为基体的超微孔炭材料的正电子寿命谱学研究

  本文致力于通过水热合成及高温热处理的实验路线,制备以酚醛树脂材料为基体的超微孔炭材料.我们以高分子嵌段共聚物为模板剂,通过酚醛预聚物(Resol)和P123之间的氢键自组装作用来实现其分子间的自组装,经过进一步的水热处理和高温炭化即可实现超微孔炭材料的合成.由于其较小的胶束尺寸,进而合成出具有较小孔径的介孔酚醛树脂材料,然后高温焙烧除去模板剂,骨架进一步收缩,得到具有超微孔骨架结构的炭材料.XRD测试发现我们得到的超微孔炭材料的孔结构具有一定的规则性.氮气吸附测试表明,该方法得到的超微孔炭材料具有大的比表面积,可以达到300-900 m2/g,且孔径分布在介孔范围(1.2-30 nm).通过正电子湮没谱测试发现,τ3随制备温度的升高而增加,I3随温度升高而下降,表明制备温度升高使材料的超微孔孔径增大,数量减小,在介孔材料中引入磺基,材料的孔径和数量均明显减少,这个结果与氮气吸附实验一致.
