When such unexpected earthquakes happen,infrastructures may collapse even if those are rationally and safety designed according to the current devised specification.Therefore,it is essential to catch their damage degree and safety level under unthinkable earthquake,to image disaster situation,and to create some recovering scenarios after earthquake.
