纬编增强材料拉伸性能影响因素分析

  在相同材料及编织工艺的情况下,用龙星电脑横机编织度目和拼纱根数各不相同的双反面和罗纹气层纬编针织增强材料织物,分别对其纵横向进行拉伸测试,并用Design-Expert软件对实验数据作响应面分析,讨论编织度目及拼纱根数对两组织织物的拉伸性能影响。结果 表明:从P值、相关系数和变异系数上分析,双反面的纵横向模型比空气层的要好,均可信;编织度目与拼线根数对两组织纵横向的应力影响均显著,且趋势相近,随着编织度目的增大,相应的应力递减,随着拼纱根数的增加,相应的应力递增;在研究范围内选出两种组织作为增强体时最好的编织参数。
