Objective:To evaluate the value in the treatment of cervical disc hernation by percutaneous resection together with collagenase nucleolvsis.Method:From June in 1997 to December in 2003,we had used cervical disc knife made by ourselves to inject 600u collagenase also made by our country into disc by percutaneous resection of the prolapsed cervical nucleus pulposus to dissolve residual ones,all together were 382 cases,among them 179 cases were cervical disc herniation.We evaluate clinical effect and imageology appearance.
